High-pressure boosting for gas filling & CNG
Compressed Air for Gases
Industrial gas, CNG, and cylinder-filling applications need high-pressure compression and boosting. Our booster and high-pressure compressors, with vacuum options, are built for the elevated pressures and continuous reliability the gas sector demands.
Cylinder-filling and CNG dispensing are inherently high-pressure, cyclical duties: every fill is a rapid pressure ramp followed by a changeover, repeated for hours at a stretch, which puts real mechanical stress on a booster or high-pressure compressor that a steady, moderate-pressure factory application never sees. Sizing for that duty cycle — not just the peak pressure figure on a spec sheet — is what determines whether a machine holds up under years of continuous fill cycles.
Gas plants generating nitrogen or oxygen on-site also depend on the feed-air compressor for purity, since any oil or moisture carried into a PSA or membrane generator degrades separation efficiency and gas purity downstream. That makes feed-air quality, not just flow and pressure, a first-order specification for this sector — and it's why gas producers typically pair compression with dedicated drying and filtration rather than treating them as optional add-ons.
