Compressed Air for Pharmaceutical

A pharmaceutical plant runs on more than validated process air. Tablet presses, packaging lines, granulation equipment, HVAC controls and general workshop air all need reliable compressed air and vacuum. We supply that layer — oil-free reciprocating compressors from 2–9 BAR, screw compressors for plant air, refrigerated dryers and dry vacuum pumps — manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 with service support across India.

Where we stop, and why it matters. Air that contacts product directly in a GMP process is normally specified against an ISO 8573-1 purity class, dried to around −40 °C dew point with a desiccant dryer, and validated as part of the facility's qualification package. We supply refrigerated dryers only, which reach about +3 °C pressure dew point, and we do not hold ISO 8573-1 certification. So we do not quote a purity class, and we are not the right supplier for direct-product-contact cleanroom air. For the plant, utility and peripheral air points, which are a large share of any pharmaceutical facility's compressed-air load, we are a strong fit — and we will tell you at the enquiry stage which of your air points we should and should not quote for.

Across a pharmaceutical site the compressed-air load extends well beyond validated process air. Granulation and drying equipment, tablet presses, packaging and labelling lines, pneumatic conveying, laboratory benches and HVAC controls all draw on plant air. These points are specified on pressure, flow and reliability rather than on a certified purity class, and that is where our range fits. Consistent performance and a quick service response matter more here than a purity figure, because an air fault stops a packing line just as effectively as it stops anything else.
